Before your trial begins, we'll agree your current monthly Klaviyo flow revenue using your Klaviyo reporting.

We launch AI Connect
AI Connect integrates with your Klaviyo account in minutes, identifying shopper activity that Klaviyo can't see. Those missing browse and cart events are automatically fed into your abandonment flows, creating more opportunities to recover lost revenue.
Step 03.
We measure the results
Once AI Connect is live, we compare your Klaviyo flow revenue against your agreed baseline.

If we don't achieve a 20% increase
You don't pay for AI Connect during the Guarantee Period until we do. It's that simple.

Guarantee terms
*AI Connect Guarantee Terms
Salesfire’s standard Terms of Service apply to the provision and use of AI Connect and remain the primary terms of the Agreement. These AI Connect Guarantee Terms supplement the standard Terms and apply only to the Guarantee. Where there is a direct conflict, these Guarantee Terms will take priority only to the extent necessary to give effect to the Guarantee. All other provisions of the standard Terms of Service remain unchanged and continue to apply.
Eligibility
The Guarantee is available to qualifying retailers using Klaviyo and generating at least £1,000 per month in Eligible Flow Revenue. Existing AI Connect customers are excluded. Existing Salesfire customers may qualify subject to written approval.
Eligible Flow Revenue
Eligible Flow Revenue means revenue attributed by Klaviyo to the flows agreed before AI Connect is activated. Revenue from Welcome Flows is excluded.
Baseline and Target
Before the Guarantee begins, Salesfire and the retailer will agree the baseline revenue, measurement period and applicable Klaviyo settings. The target is an increase of at least 20% above that agreed baseline.
Guarantee Benefit
If the target is not achieved, no AI Connect subscription fees will be payable while the Guarantee remains valid, up to a maximum of 12 months. Charges for other Salesfire products, messaging credits or third-party services are not included.
Customer Requirements
AI Connect must remain continuously installed, connected and active. The retailer must maintain its Klaviyo account, relevant flows and normal email marketing activity, and must not materially change the agreed attribution settings without Salesfire’s approval.
Changes Affecting Measurement
Salesfire may suspend, adjust or end the Guarantee where performance can no longer be fairly measured, including where:
• Klaviyo changes its reporting or attribution methodology;
• the retailer changes ecommerce platform or moves away from Klaviyo;
• the website, product catalogue, pricing or email activity materially changes; or
• AI Connect or the relevant Klaviyo flows are disabled or materially altered.
• Where reasonably possible, Salesfire and the retailer will first agree an adjusted baseline or measurement method.
Target Achieved
The target will be treated as achieved when Eligible Flow Revenue is at least 20% above the agreed baseline for 60 consecutive days. Salesfire will then contact the retailer to discuss a commercial subscription. If no agreement is reached, AI Connect may be disconnected without charge.
General
Salesfire’s standard Terms of Use also apply. These Guarantee Terms take priority only where they expressly differ from the standard Terms of Use. Salesfire may amend or withdraw the Guarantee for future applicants, but this will not affect retailers already accepted onto it.
