AI Ignites Further Growth for Trailblazing Tech Firm Salesfire

Securing a double award win this year, eCommerce technology firm Salesfire has experienced significant growth following the launch of its latest development, AI Connect.
In January, AI Connect took home the trophy for Best AI Software Solution at the 2026 Northern Digital Awards. The technology also received national recognition at the 2026 UK Digital Excellence Awards, winning the Stand Out Use of Conversion Optimisation category.
The technology has solidified Salesfire’s position at the forefront of eCommerce technology, responsible for winning clients including Pretavoir, Cricket-Hockey, and Grape Tree. Salesfire’s growth following AI Connect’s release also led the company to rank on two prestigious 2026 technology leaderboards. The firm made the Retail Tech 50 list of the most innovative retail technology companies and was revealed as the 68th fastest-growing Northern tech company by GP Bullhound.
Integrating with the email service provider Klaviyo, AI Connect allows users of one of the most popular ESPs to benefit from Salesfire’s cutting-edge technology. It harnesses Salesfire’s proprietary AI technology to identify more of a retailer’s shoppers than Klaviyo alone. This enables retailers to trigger more Klaviyo abandonment emails and recover even more revenue from their existing email setup.
Chief Executive Officer at Salesfire, Rich Himsworth, discussed the development:

While 2026 has been a huge success so far for Salesfire, CEO Rich has no plans to settle. Here’s what he had to say on the future of Salesfire:
