Salesfire AI Connect powering Klaviyo
Fashion Eyewear had browse abandonment flows set up with Klaviyo. These drove consistent results, yet the brand saw potential to recover even more revenue with our Klaviyo integration, Salesfire AI Connect.
Where Klaviyo had a limited view of Fashion Eyewear’s anonymous visitors, AI Connect used identity resolution technology to link more of these shoppers back to identified profiles. This enabled AI Connect to track abandonment events that Klaviyo would otherwise miss. These events were then fed into the Salesfire AI-powered flows we set up within Fashion Eyewear’s Klaviyo account, retargeting even more shoppers without disrupting existing flows. Powered by AI Connect, revenue attributed to the brand’s browse abandonment flow sales increased from 0.15% to 4.82%.
Once AI Connect has identified an anonymous shopper, Klaviyo can now track this user and enrol them in additional Klaviyo native flows that would not have been triggered otherwise. By connecting user profiles to enrich customer data, AI Connect also drove a 3x increase in revenue for Fashion Eyewear’s native Klaviyo flows.
“We’ve been amazed by the impact Salesfire AI Connect has had on our Klaviyo flows. I would have never believed it was possible to achieve such an increase in sales with a simple integration.
Salesfire took care of the setup, and we’ve been able to reap the rewards. Without disrupting the flows we already had in place, AI Connect has really helped us make the most of Klaviyo.”
