As part of their digital optimisation efforts, Heat Holders implemented a series of Klaviyo flows to re-engage shoppers who abandoned at different stages of the shopping journey.
These abandonment retargeting flows quickly became a significant revenue driver for the brand, and Dream Big Digital saw an opportunity to take performance even further with Salesfire.
