Browse abandonment flows are a key element of OTTY Sleep’s email marketing strategy. For its higher-value products, such as beds or mattresses, shoppers have longer consideration windows, and these flows help remind shoppers to return to the site.
Using Klaviyo to send its browse abandonment flows, the brand was recovering a good amount of revenue.
