Salesfire AI Connect powering Klaviyo

Little Lies had already grown its business with the support of Salesfire and was seeking additional ways to drive sales with us. Email was a possibility, but having already invested resources in building Klaviyo flows, they were reluctant to change email provider. Salesfire’s Klaviyo integration, AI Connect, provided the ideal solution, allowing the brand to enhance its Klaviyo flows without switching providers.

 

 

By identifying shoppers on Little Lies’ site who would normally be anonymous to Klaviyo, AI Connect tracked additional abandonment events. AI Connect then fed these events into Little Lies’ Klaviyo account, triggering browse and cart abandonment flows for shoppers who otherwise wouldn’t be retargeted. With AI Connect, Little Lies tracked 183% more abandonment events in Klaviyo and sent 66% more abandonment emails. This allowed the brand to generate 91% more revenue from its existing Klaviyo flows.
