Direct Soccer was already retargeting its shoppers with Klaviyo’s browse and cart abandonment flows, which were recovering a steady stream of revenue. However, on discovering the potential extra revenue it could generate from these flows, the brand chose to implement AI Connect.

 

Within 72 hours of integration, Direct Soccer was already generating 330% more daily revenue from its abandoned browse and cart Klaviyo flows. This was down to AI Connect identifying more of the brand’s anonymous shoppers, which resulted in 90% more abandonment events being tracked than with Klaviyo alone. AI Connect then fuelled Direct Soccer’s Klaviyo flows with these extra events, maximising opportunities for the brand to recover sales.
