Moda in Pelle currently runs browse and basket abandonment flows via Klaviyo. While these campaigns were achieving a steady performance, Moda in Pelle looked to accelerate the revenue generated from its email channel. To do this, they needed to identify more of their anonymous users.

 

The tracking used by Klaviyo had limited visibility in terms of identifying new and returning visitors, as well as those visiting across different devices.
