Magento 1 is now obsolete and this guide may no longer be accurate.
You will need to install our Magento 1 plugin first before continuing with this guide.
Salesfire Product Feed only needs to be enabled if you are using our Enterprise solution. The feed will generate once a day at 1am.
Locating Salesfire Settings
- Login to your Magento store admin.
- Navigate to the Salesfire settings (System > Configuration > Salesfire > General).
- Scroll down to the Product Feed section.
Completing Settings
You will need to set Enable to Yes and complete the fields.
- Enable - whether you want to generate the feed.
- Default brand - (optional) - This is used when there is no brand against the product or you have not set Brand Attribute Code. You can leave this blank of specify a default brand.
- Brand Attribute Code - (recommended) - Choose which attribute denotes the product's brand. This can sometimes be the manufacturer.
- Gender Attribute Code - (recommended) - Choose which attribute denotes gender.
- Age Group Attribute Code - (recommended) - Choose which attribute denotes age group.
- Colour Attribute Code - (recommended) - Choose which attribute denotes colour.
- Additional Attribute Codes - (optional) - A comma separated list of attribute codes to put in feed. E.g: material,size.
