Sales Development Representative (SDR)

You will be confident in using numerous approaches to target online retailers and generate leads to convert into demonstration appointments for the business development managers.

The role

Salesfire is on the lookout for a Sales Development Representative to join our accomplished sales team, located in Middlesbrough. As a Sales Development Representative, you will reach out to retailers, offering a free trial to show what a difference Salesfire’s suite of products can make to their eCommerce business. This role is perfect for someone who is confident on the phone, skilled in engaging with retailers and eager to make a significant impact on businesses who need our help.

The part you’ll play

  • Proactively identify online retailers with untapped potential for improvement.
  • Engage and educate retailers on the Salesfire product suite’s capabilities in enhancing their eCommerce performance.
  • Utilise your expertise in appointment setting to showcase how Salesfire can substantially boost conversions and increase online revenue.
  • Collaborate with a team of Sales Development Representatives to optimise outreach strategies and achieve collective goals.

The skills you’ll need

  • Proven track record in a sales environment, ideally in engaging retailers.
  • Confidence and proficiency in phone-based interactions – appointment setting preferable.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively demonstrate the value proposition of Salesfire’s products.
  • Experience in working within a CRM system (such as HubSpot).

This role is office based only, so you must be able to travel to Middlesbrough.
