Salesfire’s growing traction in the eCommerce space is showing no signs of slowing down as Salesfire AI secures its third award since launching in January 2025.
Most recently, the company took home the trophy for Tech Platform of the Year at the Prolific North Champions Awards 2025, adding to an already impressive collection.
Just a month earlier, the company had secured the Software Innovation Award at the UK Digital Excellence Awards for Salesfire AI, exhibiting influence beyond its Northern base. Its newly released tech also earned the title of Best Martech at the 2025 Northern Digital Awards in January.
The company’s continued expansion was also evidenced by its position as the 62nd fastest-growing tech company on GP Bullhound’s 2025 Top 100 league table. Additionally, they ranked 29th on the RetailTech 50 list of the UK’s most innovative retail technology creators.
Using a data network built from analysing over 1.4 billion shoppers worldwide, Salesfire AI can recognise when an existing visitor returns to a retailer’s site, even if they are logged out or using a different device. The technology can then track and analyse the shopper’s behaviour, and feed this data back into their existing customer profile.
This allows eCommerce brands to enrol their shoppers into more email and SMS retargeting flows based on their latest interests and on-site behaviour. These highly personalised marketing messages are more likely to engage shoppers, nurture customer relationships, and result in increased conversions for retailers.
Salesfire AI enables retailers to future-proof their brand’s marketing by preventing them from relying on the uncertainty of third-party cookies. By collecting and using first-party data, retailers can more easily ensure their marketing complies with data privacy laws such as the GDPR.
Making waves across industries, the tech has been implemented by the likes of luxury jewellery brand Serge DeNimes and cycling specialists Leisure Lakes Bikes. For home and living brand Runrug, Salesfire-AI-powered emails drove a 120% increase in conversion rate and a 50% increase in revenue from email.
Salesfire’s CEO, Rich Himsworth, expressed his delight at the recent recognitions:
“I’m absolutely thrilled with the achievement and just how far we’ve come as a company. With the development of Salesfire AI and the data powering it, we’ve taken the capability of the Salesfire platform to the next level.
“Salesfire AI stands out in the industry right now. Rather than working as a standalone product, it works with our existing technology to optimise the entire customer journey. It’s also something that’s accessible and scalable for all kinds of businesses, from SMEs to enterprises.”
About his vision for the future of Salesfire and Salesfire AI, Rich commented:
“One of our biggest challenges recently has been being able to keep hiring rates on par with the rate at which we’re growing. We’ve recently expanded our engineering team, which will allow us to increase the speed of Salesfire AI’s development.”
They plan to weave artificial intelligence into more of their product offering, enabling retailers to gain deeper insights into their shoppers and further enrich the customer experience.
