The Handle Studio Ltd is a family-run business specialising in high-quality cabinet handles and furniture fittings. Founded in 2007 by Mark Jones, an experienced joiner and cabinet maker with over 30 years in the trade, the company has grown from its roots in craftsmanship to become a trusted online retailer. While they primarily operate as an online business, their showroom allows customers to see the products firsthand.
The challenge
While working with digital experts and Salesfire partner Limely, building their Magento 2 eCommerce website, The Handle Studio soon realised the benefits it could gain by obtaining more data from website visitors.
