CRM & Data Manager
The role
This role is for a detail-oriented and highly organised CRM & Data Manager to support with campaign data and CRM hygiene for B2B SaaS company, Salesfire. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimising, and enhancing our HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the business, specifically for marketing campaigns.
The part you’ll play

- Existing Hubspot Data Management: Oversee data hygiene and structure within HubSpot and connected systems. Implement processes to maintain accurate, reliable, and actionable data.
- New Data Management: Ensuring the TAM is up to date and accurate in Hubspot, using tools to pull new data
- Marketing Campaign Data: Ensure data is cleansed and up to scratch, ready for Marketing campaigns. Work within the marketing team to understand project requirements and use a work management system to deliver.
- Workflow & Automation Management: Build and refine workflows, automation sequences, and lifecycle stages to improve operational efficiency and campaign performance
- Reporting & Insight Generation: Develop dashboards, reports, and analysis to measure key metrics, track system performance, and inform senior management and stakeholders of actionable insights.
- Team Support: Manage tickets from across the organisation, to provide support to internal teams to ensure effective CRM adoption and usage, including new starter set up in Hubspot.
- Hubspot Management: Supporting with Hubspot integrations and licenses across the company. Supporting with tools for Marketing and Sales such as email address verification tools. Working with the Development team and Compliance team to ensure operations are running smoothly.
- Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with CRM innovations, HubSpot updates, data management trends, and compliance requirements to ensure the business stays ahead in the market.
The skills you’ll need
- Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM systems
- Have knowledge of data platforms such as BuiltWith to pull lists of company data for marketing purposes
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to work methodically with large datasets while maintaining accuracy
- Strong administrative and data management skills
- Experience working with B2B marketing or sales prospect lists
