The ideal candidate will be able to adapt to new challenges and have a strong desire to learn and develop, in both a Product UX/UI and Digital Marketing capacity. Strong attention to detail and a varied portfolio in digital design is essential.

The part you’ll play

  • Craft beautiful user experiences that perform well commercially and enable the customer to achieve their goals.
  • Work with the product and engineering teams from concept through to delivery.
  • Support the continuous improvement of the Salesfire user experience.
  • Help continue to shape and form our design systems to ensure consistency and clarity.
  • Assist the marketing department in their creative efforts through social media and other digital marketing channels.
  • Help shape the company’s brand with innovative ideas and solutions.

The skills you’ll need

  • 2+ years of experience.
  • Proficient in user experience, design and prototyping.
  • Use a systems approach to design.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Framer, Sketch and Photoshop.
  • Pixel perfection.
  • Knowledge of After Effects/Animation is desirable but not essential.
  • Background in eCommerce is desirable but not essential.
