Client Onboarding Executive

The part you’ll play

  • Training new clients on the software within the Salesfire Dashboard using internal software programs, CRM systems, and video sharing platforms.
  • Understanding the customers’ requirements and delivering our software solutions to facilitate this.
  • Following an onboarding process pipeline within a CRM system to track and record client processes.
  • Adhere to the appropriate timeframe for responding to and fulfilling the pipeline requirements to deliver excellent customer service and onboarding.
  • Manage the provisioning process, including the creation of groups/users, and any other areas that require integration with the guidance of support documentation.
  • Deliver end-user training to clients, which may include technical personnel, senior executives, and administrative staff.
  • Prepare clients for handover to the relevant internal Client Service departments for ongoing relationship management.
  • Maintain a high level of process quality and consistency as well as an excellent relationship with the client.

The skills you’ll need

  • Good communication skills
  • Confident at presenting
  • Comfortable speaking to clients on the phone or via video
